These terms and conditions of use govern the use of the website www.lynciscapital.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), which is made available by LYNCIS CAPITAL S.L. to users accessing the Website (hereinafter, the “User” or “Users”) in order to provide information about its services and enable use of them (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”).
By using the Website, Users fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
The provision of Website services is limited to the period during which Users are connected to the Website or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore, Users are advised to read these Terms and Conditions carefully each time they intend to use the Website, as they may be modified without prior notice.

LYNCIS CAPITAL shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, errors, malfunctions, or any other inconveniences resulting from causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, force majeure events, third-party failures, service provider issues, government acts, access problems to third-party networks, or attacks by hackers or other threats to system integrity.
Wherever possible, LYNCIS CAPITAL will attempt to update and correct information on the Website that does not meet minimum standards of accuracy.
Users shall refrain from improper use of the Website or any content that may violate any national or international law, intellectual or industrial property rights, or any third-party rights. Users are also advised to use up-to-date browser versions for optimal Website functionality.
The Website may provide links, directories, and search tools that allow Users to access third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). In such cases, LYNCIS CAPITAL acts as a service provider under Article 17 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI”), and is only responsible for the content of Linked Sites where it has actual knowledge of unlawful or harmful content and fails to act with due diligence to remove or disable the link.
If Users believe that a Linked Site contains unlawful or inappropriate content, they may notify LYNCIS CAPITAL at the contact details provided in Section 1 of this Legal Notice, indicating: (a) the notifier’s name, address, phone number, and email; (b) a description of the allegedly unlawful or inappropriate content; and (c) a statement affirming the accuracy of the provided information. This communication shall in no case impose an obligation to remove the link, nor shall it imply actual knowledge as defined under the LSSI.
The presence of Linked Sites shall not imply any agreement, endorsement, or association between LYNCIS CAPITAL and the operators or owners of such sites, nor shall it imply LYNCIS CAPITAL’s promotion or identification with the content or services offered therein.
LYNCIS CAPITAL is not aware of the content and services of Linked Sites and disclaims liability for any harm caused by their unlawfulness, quality, inaccuracy, unavailability, error, or uselessness, except as provided by Article 17 of the LSSI. Infringement of any of these rights may constitute a violation under Articles 270 et seq. of the Spanish Criminal Code.

The parties submit, at their choice, and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User’s place of residence for the resolution of any disputes.
